Located beside Centennial Olympic Park, this museum examines the American Civil Rights Movement alongside global human rights struggles through interactive exhibits, including a recreated lunch-counter sit-in experience. It opened in 2014 and holds the Morehouse College Martin Luther King Jr. Collection of King’s personal papers. Rotating exhibitions address contemporary human rights issues worldwide.
