Atkins Park Restaurant & Bar

Virginia-Highland $$
Historic Tavern Late Night Patio Southern

About

Operating from the same Virginia-Highland storefront since 1922, Atkins Park began as a neighborhood delicatessen before becoming what it bills as Atlanta’s oldest continuously licensed tavern. The kitchen serves upscale pub fare, including duck-fat confit wings and the Bruno Burger (created in 1978), alongside a full bar and weekend brunch. It remains a fixture for both casual drinks and sit-down meals on the neighborhood’s main commercial strip.
