About

Cafe Alsace has served traditional French and Alsatian cuisine on the Decatur square since 1997, founded by Benedicte Cooper, who hails from the Alsace region of France. The menu runs from classic bistro fare like Boeuf Bourguignon and Veal Cordon Bleu to regional specialties such as choucroute garnie and tarte flambee. It’s one of the longest-running independent restaurants in downtown Decatur.
