The Deer and the Dove is chef Terry Koval’s farmer-centered neighborhood restaurant just off the Decatur square, built on direct relationships with regional growers and a scratch-cooking, slow-food philosophy. The rustic menu changes with the seasons and is paired with a focused wine and cocktail list. It shares a building with sister wine bar B-Side and has become one of Decatur’s most talked-about dinner spots.
