Ameris Bank Amphitheatre

Ameris Bank Amphitheatre is a 12,000-capacity outdoor concert venue in Alpharetta’s Encore Park, operated by Live Nation. It opened in May 2008 — inaugurated by the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra — as Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre at Encore Park, was renamed Verizon Amphitheatre in 2017, and took on its current name when Ameris Bank acquired the naming rights in December 2018. Today it runs roughly a dozen-plus major shows a season across rock, country, pop, and metal, with general admission lawn seating, reserved Adirondack-chair lawn seating, and The Lounge, an air-conditioned bar area with table service for ticketholders who want a break from the elements.
