A Marietta Square landmark since 1935, the Strand Theatre was restored and reopened as a nonprofit performing arts venue that the theatre itself describes as hosting “live theatre, films, concerts, comedy, private events, and more.” It marked its 90th anniversary in 2025, continuing a long run as one of downtown Marietta’s primary evening entertainment venues.
