Gas South Theater

Gas South Theater is the more intimate companion venue to Gas South Arena, sharing the Gas South District complex in Duluth. The 708-seat house is outfitted with a removable orchestra shell, sound-absorbing drapes, a full fly system for scenery changes, and fully equipped dressing rooms — the kind of production infrastructure that lets it host everything from touring musicians and comedians to ballet and musical theater as part of the district’s “Gwinnett’s Boldest Season” programming. The smaller footprint means no seat is far from the stage, a different feel from the arena’s big-show scale next door.
