Mission

Fusion Academy Alpharetta – Our Mission Driven by the belief in the boundless potential inherent in every individual, our mission is to nurture the holistic development of each student—emotionally, socially, and academically—by fostering positive, mentorship-driven relationships and providing a personalized educational journey.

Our History Michelle Rose Gilman established Fusion Academy in response to the limitations of conventional education and the need for tailored learning experiences in her community. Originating with a single campus in Solana Beach, California in 1989, Fusion Academy expanded to include a Los Angeles campus in 2010, facilitated by what is now Fusion Education Group. Since then, Fusion has grown to encompass over 80 campuses nationwide, profoundly impacting the lives of countless families each year.

Fusion Academy Accreditation

Fusion campuses hold both national and regional accreditation, a thorough process designed to uphold educational excellence across all our locations. This commitment to rigorous standards guarantees that each campus maintains the highest quality of education, facilitating seamless transitions for students as they pursue further educational opportunities beyond Fusion.

Why We Choose to be Accredited

School accreditation is a vital and voluntary undertaking. Throughout this process, Fusion Academy campuses rigorously evaluate themselves against high standards set by accrediting agencies. At the conclusion of each accreditation term, accreditation committees visit each campus to confirm adherence to these standards and assess plans for future improvement. While many countries have government-managed accreditation systems, in the USA, accreditation is overseen by nonprofit agencies organized by region. Each accreditation process is tailored to the commission with which it is associated.

Why is Accreditation at Fusion Academy Important?

Accreditation serves as a testament to the educational excellence and integrity maintained by our schools. Verified by an external accrediting agency, this recognition highlights our commitment to high standards.

When a Fusion campus earns accreditation, it assures both students and families of the program’s quality. This quality is benchmarked against rigorous standards. As a result, accreditation underscores the effectiveness of our unique educational model.

Moreover, accreditation facilitates a smooth transition for students pursuing further educational opportunities beyond Fusion Academy. In summary, it validates our dedication to providing a top-tier education and supports students’ future academic endeavors.
