Dear Manning Oaks Community,

I am Nikkole Flowers, and I am honored to introduce myself as the new principal of Manning Oaks Elementary School. Manning Oaks is renowned for its outstanding students and dedicated staff, its positive environment, and its unwavering commitment to excellence. I am immensely proud to become a part of this wonderful community.

My educational journey began at Florida State University, where I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees (Go ‘Noles!). Later, I pursued my Education Specialist degree in School Leadership at Mercer University. Originally hailing from sunny Florida, I have called Georgia home for over two decades. I am a proud parent to Giovanni, a vibrant and intelligent rising 6th grader attending a Fulton County School. As a fellow parent in this district, I am deeply invested in the success of our schools. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new destinations, attending concerts, and cheering on my son at his baseball games. I also have a passion for culinary adventures and delight in watching cooking shows and trying out new restaurants. With twenty years of experience in education, including roles as a teacher, Data Support Specialist, and Assistant Principal, I bring a wealth of knowledge and dedication to my new position.

As principal, my foremost responsibility is to ensure that every student at Manning Oaks experiences joy in learning, receives enriching and challenging educational opportunities, achieves academic and social growth, and feels valued and secure in our school environment. I am committed to supporting our exceptional teachers, staff, and families, as I deeply appreciate their tireless efforts in nurturing and educating our children.

I eagerly anticipate collaborating with our students, staff, parents, and community members to foster a culture where every student can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. Together, let us continue to uphold the tradition of excellence at Manning Oaks Elementary. Go Tigers!
