About Vaughan Elementary School

Vaughan Elementary After School Program

Welcome to the Vaughan Elementary After School Program (ASP), where we provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for elementary students in the Cobb County School District. Our program operates from the end of the school day until 6:00 PM on regular school days, including early release days. Please note that ASP does not operate on Student Holidays or District holidays, and closures due to inclement weather follow the District’s announcements. It’s important to note that ASP is self-supporting and does not receive taxpayer funds.

ASP Highlights:

$20 Annual Non-Refundable Registration Fee
Weekly Attendance Fee: $10 Per Day, Per Child
Convenient account management, including registration and payment, accessible on any device
Access to view and print invoices, receipts, and annual tax statements
Secure digital payment options for added convenience
Payment:
Vaughan Elementary’s ASP collaborates with Eleyo to offer easy-to-use, mobile-friendly technology for online registration, account management, and payments. Please be aware that online payments made with credit cards and ACH/electronic checks are subject to a 4.75% processing/program fee. However, cash or check payments can be made directly to your school’s program with no additional processing fee. For further details, please reach out to your school’s ASP Director.

Enrollment:
Prior to attending ASP, enrollment through Eleyo is mandatory. The Enrolling Adult, as defined by Cobb County School District Policy, must register for an Eleyo account and submit a contract for each student. It’s important to note that contracts submitted by individuals other than the Enrolling Adult will not be accepted.
